We are currently recruiting for a Desktop Support Engineer to join a small dedicated team working in Central London with international Travel.

Responsibility's include

  • Providing a first response personal, telephone and remote support
  • Logging calls on a Service Management system
  • Competently resolving technical issues
  • 1st Line Support
  • 2nd Line Support
  • Ticket Management and working to SLA agreements
  • Remote troubleshooting and providing clear instructions
  • Problem-solving and multitasking skills

Essential Skills

  • Active Directory (managing user accounts within AD)
  • Group Policies
  • AWS
  • MS Exchange 2013 (management of user accounts, "how do I" support advice, access requests)
  • MS Office 2010/2013/2016 ("how do I" support advice, basic trouble shooting)
  • MS Office 365 (management of user accounts, ("how do I" support advice, access requests)
  • Able to address and prioritise work using ServiceNow
  • Maintain installed PCs, telephone systems and peripherals with routine maintenance

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of network security practices and anti-virus programs
